Triathlon International Echternach is held at the Lake Echternach in the Müllerthal region of Luxembourg and takes place on the first weekend in July.
The weekend offers several races for all age categories.

- 11:00 AM — FOYER Kids TRIATHLON
- Distances: 100m Swim / 4km Bike / 1km Run
- Categories: Kids B (born 2017/2018) and Kids A (born 2015/2016)
- 12:00 PM — FOYER Youth TRIATHLON
- Distances: 300m Swim / 8km Bike / 2.5km Run
- Categories: Youth C (born 2013/2014) and Youth B (born 2011/2012)
- 3:30 PM — 40e FOYER Triathlon International d’Echternach (Olympic Distance)
- Distances: 1.5km Swim / 40km Bike / 10km Run
- Wave Starts: * 15:30 — Women’s Start
- 15:33 — Men’s Start
- 15:36 — Relay Start (Teams of 3 athletes)
Sunday, July 5, 2026
- 10:30 AM — FOYER SPRINT TRIATHLON
- Distances: 750m Swim / 20km Bike / 5km Run
- Includes: National Sprint Distance Championship, Age Groups, Junior, and Youth A.
- Wave Starts:
- 10:30 — Juniors and Youth A (born 2009/2010)
- 10:33 — Sprint > 15 years old (Age Groupers)
- 10:36 — 1st Para Triathlon Distance Sprint (LPC & Back2Sport)
- 10:36 — 1st Team Triathlon Inclusif Distance Sprint (Teams consisting of 1 para-athlete & 2 athletes)
