Stage 3 Results: Latsch/Laces to Arco, 174.5 km
The third stage of the 2026 Tour of the Alps (Latsch/Laces to Arco, 174.5 km) concluded today, April 22, with a thrilling finish and a change in momentum for one of the peloton’s stars.
Stage 3 Results
Tom Pidcock (Pinarello-Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team) took a decisive victory in a reduced bunch sprint. After a major crash early in the stage forced several riders—including talent Lorenzo Finn—to abandon, the race was neutralized for a period. In the finale, the day’s main breakaway (Sam Oomen and Darren Rafferty) was caught just 3 km from the finish line, setting up a sprint in Arco.
