The CRO Race is a men’s professional road cycling stage race that takes place in Croatia. Its modern history, as a prominent international event, began relatively recently:

First Edition (Revival): The race was first held in its current iteration in 2015 under the name Tour of Croatia.
Original Schedule: The first few editions (2015-2018) were typically held in April, often serving as a preparation race for the Giro d’Italia.
Name Change: Following a dispute, the race was rebranded and has been known as the CRO Race since the 2019 edition.
Change of Date: Since 2019, the race has generally been held in September and October.
