SELLARONDA BIKE DAY
Highest holiday for pass road fans
The 20th anniversary edition of the Sellaronda Bike Day is a highly anticipated, non-competitive cycling event where the iconic mountain passes around the Sella massif in the Italian Dolomites are closed entirely to motorized traffic. Because it is a casual, eco-friendly celebration of cycling rather than a race, there is no strict hour-by-hour “program,” no starting grid, and no registration required. You simply show up and ride!
Here are the official details, schedule, and route specifications for the 2026 event.

- Technical Assistance: Organized mechanical support is available along the route in cooperation with professional bike partners (like Vittoria and Dolomites Adventures).
- Medical Aid: Health and first-aid services are stationed along the pass roads.
- Photography: ENDUpix photographers will be stationed at scenic points to take pictures of participants (available for purchase online after the event using your race-day photo match).

💡 Practical Rules for Participants
⚠️ Safety First: Because thousands of cyclists of all skill levels (including children, tandems, and e-bikes) share the road, there is no timing or ranking. Always stay on the right side of the road, control your speed on the descents, and respect your fellow cyclists. Helmets are strongly encouraged!
