2024 Wollongong World Cup is a picturesque coastal setting that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the sport.

Course:

Swim = 1 lap of 750m
Bike = 5 laps of 4km = 20km
Run = Exit T2 150m, 2 laps of 1.75km +1350m to finish = 5km

Swim Training Available at Continental Pool, Cliff Road Tramway, North Wollongong NSW 2500
