Qualifications for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships
To qualify for the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships, riders must be 19 years old (born before 01.01.2007) or older. Age categories are based on the cyclist’s age as of December 31, 2025. If a cyclist moves to a new category the following year, adjustments will be made accordingly in the UCI Gran Fondo World Series.
For qualification to the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships :
- Les hommes de 19 à 59 ans et les femmes de 19 à 49 ans doivent effectuer le Gran Fondo.
- Les hommes de 60 ans et plus et les femmes de 50 ans et plus doivent s’attaquer au Medio Fondo.
Only cyclists without UCI points can be ranked. Those with UCI points can participate but will not be ranked.
