Winner: Lorena Wiebes won the race in a sprint ahead of Marianne Vos and Noemi Rüegg.
Progress of the race: Elisa Longo Borghini had bravely broken away on the final descent.
The group around Lorena Wiebes caught up with Longo Borghini shortly before the finish.
Lorena Wiebes from the SD Worx – Protime team prevailed in the sprint.
The groundwork for Wiebes’ sprint was done by Lotte Kopecky.

The race took place on March 22, 2025.
The route covered 156 kilometers from Genoa to Sanremo.
The race is part of the UCI Women’s World Tour.
The women’s race is now officially held under the name “Sanremo Women”.
