There was great joy when it was announced in early fall 2021 that the BMW IBSF Bobsleigh & Skeleton World Championships would be held in Winterberg. It was immediately clear that the VELTINS-EisArena would be the venue for one of the most important competitions in the sport.
Winterberg last hosted the Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Championships in 2015. The countdown is in full swing and spectators can look forward to an excellent, crisp ice event, where the supporting program will be world-class in addition to the great sporting performances!
