EuroBasket Women 2025 is the 40th edition of the continental women’s basketball tournament organized by FIBA Europe. It will take place from June 18-29, 2025 in the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece and Italy.
Six teams will qualify for one of the qualifying tournaments for the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Championship.
The Luxembourgish women’s national team will be in action in the 2025 Eurobasket Qualifiers in November, the ticket presale for both home games at the Arena in Kirchberg (big gym) is open!

The price tag for a seating ticket is 18 Euro with free choice of where you want to sit. The entry is free for kids under 16 years.
After starting the qualification with 2 victories against Switzerland (56:48 on the road) and against Bosnia and Herzegovina (77:64 at home), Luxembourg’s women host co-leader Montenegro in a game where the winner will take over the lead in group H. 3 days later, the team of head coach Mariusz Dziurdzia will host Switzerland. Eight groups participate in this qualification, the 8 group winners and the four best second placed teams qualify for FIBA Women’s EuroBasket 2025.
18 players are part of the preliminary roster of head coach Mariusz Dziurdzia.
