11 am to 3 pm : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy (Bellerive sur Allier)

6 pm : Age Group managers’ briefing at Tour des Juges 

Friday 20 September 2024 :

11 am to 3 pm : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy (Bellerive sur Allier)

1pm to 8pm :  opening of the exhibition village in front of Palais du Lac

1pm to 8pm : Race package pick-up (sprint and standard distance for Age Grouper) in Palais du Lac

3 pm to 5 pm : Atletics training at Stade athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

3 pm to 4.45 pm : Triathletes lounge open for swim familiarisation at Palais du Lac

3.30 pm to 4.30 pm : swim course familiarisation for elites

4pm to 9pm : Bike Check-In – AG Sprint Distance – transition area in front of the Palais du Lac

4.45 pm to 6.15 pm : para triathletes lounge open for swim familiarisation at Palais du Lac

5.00 pm to 6.00 pm : swim course familiarisation for para triathletes

5pm to 5.50 pm : Registration Elites in Palais du Lac

6pm to 7pm : Athletes’ Briefing – Elite in the Amphitheatre

7pm to 8pm : Opening ceremony with parades of the nations through the town, followed by a vin d’honneur at the arrival for AG managers – Departure from the parc Omnisport entrance to Palais du Lac (arrival)

8pm to 10pm : Pasta party in the Palais du Lac

Saturday 21 September 2024 :

7 am to 9 am : swimming pool training at Stade Aquatique de Vichy (Bellerive sur Allier)

7 am to 7.30 am : Bike course familiarisation, Elite

7.20 am to 7.50 am : Run Course Measurement, Elite

7.45 am to 9 pm : Opening of the Fan’zone and the exhibition village

7.45 am to 1pm: Sprint distance triathlon for age groups (5 starts: 7:45, 8:45, 9:45, 10:45, 11:45)

9 am to 9 pm : Race package pick-up (AG Grouper’ standard distance only) in Palais du Lac 

11.15 to 11.30 am : Registration for paratriathletes in Palais du Lac

11.30 to 12.30 : Athletes’ Briefing – Paratriathlon in Palais du Lac

3 pm to 5 pm : Atletics training at Stade athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

11.45 am to 1.15 pm : Triathletes (elite women) lounge open in Palais du Lac

12.00 am to 1.30 pm : Transition for elite women open in front of Palais du Lac

12.30 am to 1.30 pm : swim warm up women elite in the start area

1.35 pm : Line up women elite

1.45pm to 3.45 pm : Elite Women’s Standard Distance Triathlon

2.15 pm to 3.15 pm : Triathletes (elite men) lounge open in Palais du Lac

3.15 pm to 4.00 pm : Transition for elite men open in front of Palais du Lac

3.15 pm to 4.00 pm : swim warm up women elite in the start area

4.05 pm : Line up men elite

4.15pm to 6.05 pm : Elite men’s Standard Distance Triathlon

6.30pm to 7.00pm : Medal ceremony, Elite on Finish Line

6.30 pm to 7.00 pm : Paratriathletes bike course familiarisation

7.00 pm to 7.20 pm : run course familiarisation for paratriathletes (only PTS 2 – 5 et PTVI)

7.20 pm to 7.40 pm : run course familiarisation for paratriathletes (only PTWC)

7 pm to 10 pm: Bike Check-In – AG Standard Distance

8.00pm to 9.00pm : Medal ceremony Sprint AG in Palais du Lac

10.30 pm : fireworks from the hyppodrome

Sunday 22 September 2024 :

8 am to 12.00 am : Atletics training at Stade athlétisme du Parc Omnisport

8 am to 9 pm : Opening of the Fan’zone 

8.am to 7 pm : Opening of the exhibition village

7.45 am to 8.15 : para coaches, run course measurement

7.30 am to 12.00 am : Para Triathletes lounge open in Palais du Lac

8.00 am  : Transition for paratriathletes open in front of Palais du Lac

8.10 am to 8.40 am : swim warm up paratriathletes in the start area

8.45 am : paratriathletes intro commences in the transition zone

9am to 10.40am : Starts – Paratriathlon (in different waves)

11.45 am to 12.15 am : Medal ceremony, Paratriathlon on Finish Line

12 am to 3.28 pm : Starts – AG Standard Distance (in different waves)

8 pm to 9pm : Medals Ceremony for Age Group standard distance in the Palais du Lac

9 pm to 11pm : Closing Ceremony (with spectacle-dinner) in the Palais du Lac (only on booking)
