Muret Outdoor Karting Circuit
An exceptional 800-meter outdoor track, the Karting de Muret is 15 minutes from Toulouse.
The Race:
An exciting weekend of kart racing in Muret 🇫🇷 is over.
12-year-old Pit Limpach was the only Luxembourger 🇱🇺 in the national category (12-16 years) among the first-class drivers from the various leagues in France at the national championship in Muret France 🇫🇷.
90 pilots competed against each other in different groups. The free practice sessions went well for the Luxembourger.
In the chrono of only 6 minutes Pit Limpach was unfortunately blocked by traffic and had no free lap to confirm his good lap times from the free practice.
As a result, he started at the back of the grid in almost every race and until the 2nd race, where he was forced off the track and crashed, he was able to make up 3 to 9 positions in every race, but never came close to the top positions and unfortunately was unable to qualify for the main final in the end.
A weekend among the best riders in France and as one of the youngest riders in his category, this should give him plenty of experience for the rest of the season.
