The cycling classic in the Salzkammergut.
Every year in early summer, Mondseeland becomes a Mecca for all friends of cycling. The picturesque village with the famous basilica is transformed into a cycling arena on the occasion of our event.
Despite more than 2,000 participants from 30 nations, “der Mondseer” has remained familiar. There are three distances to choose from, suitable for every level of ability, as well as two routes for hand cyclists.
On the big loop through the SalzburgerLand. Salzkammergut racing bike region, Lake Fuschl, Lake Wolfgang, Lake Hallstätter, Lake Attersee and Lake Mondsee are strung together like a string of pearls.
The “Mondseer” has even been voted Europe’s most popular cycling marathon several times by its participants!
