2.Pro, 1st stage, 2024 | MEN

INEOS sets the tone at the start of the TotA: Tobias Foss wins in the sprint of a small group in Kurtinig.
The British team picked up where it left off last year with Tao Geoghegan Hart: The time trial specialist won the opening stage of the Tour of the Alps ahead of Harper and Chaves. The Norwegian can therefore also look forward to the green jersey from sponsor Melinda.

Tomorrow the race heads to the Tyrol region in Austria, for the first time to the Karwendel silver region. The longest stage is on the program: 190.7 km from Salurn to Stans

2.Pro, 2nd stage, 2024 | MEN

Alessandro De Marchi (Team Jayco Alula) won 2024 Tour of the Alps Stage 2 (190,7 Km from Salurn/Salorno to Stans), ahead of Patrick Gamper (BORA-hansgrohe) and Simon Pellaud (Tudor Pro Cycling Team).

Tobias Foss (INEOS-Grandiers) keeps the Melinda Green Jersey as leader of the General Classification.
