MARATHON: Antarctic Ice Marathon

Adventure marathoners and ultra athletes are always looking for the next big challenge. It  could be a remote desert marathon, a high altitude mountain marathon or a jungle marathon. However, mainland Antarctica represents the last frontier, the final great wilderness to be conquered. And now adventure athletes like you can do it.

On 13th December 2023, the bolttech Antarctic Ice Marathon®️ is scheduled to take place at 80 Degrees South, just a few hundred miles from the South Pole at the foot of the Ellsworth Mountains.

🏆 Antarctic Ice Marathon Female Winners:

1. Stephanie Estridge: 5:04:13

2. Grace Si-Ann: 5:19:17

3. Olesya Musorina: 5:21:40

🏆 Antarctic Ice Marathon Male Winners:

🏆🥇 Michael Higgins claims victory with an impressive time of 4:01:45, followed by Scott Buell in second place at 4:06:31, and Daniel Beck securing third with a time of 4:09:22. Outstanding performances on the icy terrain!
