Warsaw, capital city, is the heart of Poland, so we couldn’t place Race Around Poland start and finish anywhere else. It is for your and your fans’ comfort. It is easy to get to Warsaw by plane, train, car and find accommodation.

The sharp start of the race will be located just outside the city, in Obórki, and the first kilometers of the route will lead well-known cyclists, calm road through Gassy towards Góra Kalwaria.

Then we cross the Vistula river and through Parczew we reach the border with Belarus in Włodawa. Then we fly along the Ukrainian border and in Kryłów (300km) we reach the first checkpoint. Behind Przemyśl we have the first solid driveway – at Arłamów, to land in the heart of the Bieszczady and in Wetlina (600km). The next checkpoints are just about 300 km away.

Behind the Bieszczady and Beskids we have a checkpoint and finish of the 1/4 RAP race in Czorsztyn (900km) and then the Tatra Mountains are waiting for you with the highest hills and breathtaking views. These are the same areas where the Polish UCI World Tour – Tour de Pologne is held. At this point, the track leaves the border and is routed so as to include the most iconic hills and viewpoints.

The 1200th kilometer is Vesta Hotel in Jeleśnia as a moment of breath before the climb to Kocierz. Then, around the border triangle, that is, we say hello to Slovaks and Czechs. There we will drive to the Presidential Castle in Wisła.

Before entering the Kłodzko Valley, we will pass the city called the Polish Carcassone because of the charming defensive walls – Paczków. Further around the Valley, starting from Złoty Stok (1500 km) and to the west. After Szklarska Poręba, the capital of the Karkonosze Mountains (1800 km) and finish of the 1/2 RAP race, we head north.

Another checkpoint is located on the border with Germany – Kostrzyn nad Odrą (2100 km). Every year, the largest music festival in Poland, Pol’and’Rock, previously known as Przystanek Woodstock, was held there. Then we pass Szczecin, Międzyzdroje and drive along the coast reaching Sianożęty (2400 km) and Kołobrzeg on the way. We end our adventure with the Baltic Sea in Kębłowo, where there will be another TS (2700 km).

From Sopot, we go towards Masuria to reach the TS in Kętrzyn (3000 km) and approach the border with the Kaliningrad District. Next – along the border with Lithuania and Belarus, to check in at the last checkpoint in Narewka (3300 km). From there, we choose the direction of Warsaw and close the loop!

A total of 3,600 km and over 30 000 m of elevation. Lowlands, highlands, Carpathians, Sudetes, Baltic and Masuria… and 6 countries at your fingertips (Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, Lithuania, Belarus).
